Some services of BlueComet Networks may be interrupted by ongoing network maintenance. Although interruptions are anticipated to be relatively brief, users may experience session timeouts or disconnections.

SERVICE ALERT

Regarding the Service Alert issued on 6/6/2026, the data center relocation is now complete as of 7:00 PM (EDT) on 6/11/2026. All BlueComet Networks services are now restored, though connectivity may suffer from minor performance issues due to a change in internet service provider (ISP).

SERVICE ALERT

Due to a relocation of our primary data center, most BlueComet Networks systems will be taken offline on 6/8/2026, and are expected to remain offline until 6/12/2026.

Some of the affected services include:

Drive (https://drive.cometblue.net)
SMB Network Shares
Minecraft Servers
VPN
SSO (https://auth1.prx.bcomet.net)
Link Shortening (https://sh.bcomet.net)
Uptime Tracker (https://status.cometblue.net)

Isolated systems located at other BCN sites (e.g., home automation, Wi-Fi services, etc.) will remain operational throughout the maintenance period.
